Shipping Policy
Processing Time All orders are processed within 1–5 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, processing may take a little longer. We'll notify you if there are any significant delays.
Shipping Rates We offer the following shipping options for domestic orders:
- Standard Shipping – $8.00
- Free Standard Shipping – on orders of $70.00 or more
- Express Shipping – $15.00
Shipping rates are calculated and displayed at checkout.
Delivery Times Once your order has shipped, estimated delivery times are 1–2 weeks depending on your location and the carrier. Please note that delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed.
Carriers We ship using multiple carriers to ensure your order arrives safely and on time. The carrier used for your order will be selected based on your location and order details.
Order Tracking Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. You can use this to monitor your delivery status.
Domestic Shipping Only At this time, we only ship within the United States. We do not offer international shipping.
